William A. “Rem” Remington,86, died on Wednesday,May 3,2017 in Wing Memorial Hospital in Palmer.
Bill was born in Worcester the son of the late Charles and Elizabeth ( Duff) Remington and lived many years in the Brookfield’s. He worked for Peterson Steel Co for 50 years as a truck driver until he retired.
He is survived by his companion of 24 years Janice Madsen; a son Bill Remington & his wife Karen of North Brookfield; a daughter Kathy Erickson & her husband Peter of Durham,NH. and 6 grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife Mary E. (Gain) Remington and a son John Remington.
There are no calling hours. Funeral services will be private for the family. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Pillsbury Funeral Home 44 Gilbert St. North Brookfield is directing arrangements.
