Subscription Update Obituary

     Susan M. (Germaine) Clemente, 71 of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 11, 2015 at home surrounded by her family.

Susan is survived by her husband of 52 years, John J. Clemente; four children, John Clemente and his wife Aileen of Shrewsbury, Darlene Huscha and her husband Hank of Clermont, Fl., twins, Michael Clemente and his fiancé Manoela Montiero of Deerfield Beach, FL. and Mark Clemente and his wife Christine of Holden; her sister Gina Breton of Worcester; six grandchildren, Nicholas Garry of Auburn and Nicole Garry of Auburn and Clermont, Fl., Mark and Lily Clemente both of Holden, Katherine and Grace Clemente both of Shrewsbury; nieces and nephews.

Susan was born in Worcester, a daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Catacchio) Germaine. She graduated from Commerce High School, Class of 1962 and has lived here all her life. Susan worked for Forward Finances for several years. She was a member of Our Lady of Loreto Church. Susan and her husband enjoyed wintering in Florida and taking trips to the casino.

Services for Susan will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 from the MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St., Worcester with a Mass at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of Loreto Church, 33 Massasoit Rd., Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A period of calling hours will be held on Tuesday morning from 9:00-10:30 a.m. in the funeral home prior to departure to church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to: Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, P.O. Box 849168, Boston, MA 02284-9168.
