Stephen E. Milosh, 62, of Charlton, passed away on Thursday, April 8, 2021, surrounded by his adoring family in the comfort of his home.

Stephen is survived by his loving wife of thirty-seven years, Cherie A. (Cote) Milosh; two daughters, Gina M. Horan and her husband Daniel of Grafton, and Lisa C. Milosh of Charlton; a grandson, Owen Horan of Grafton survived; a brother, David A. Milosh and his wife Valerie of Dudley; a sister, Karen A. Rose of Worcester; and several nieces and nephews. Stephen was born in Worcester, son of the late, Frank E. and Matilda M. (Mobilio) Milosh, where he graduated from Worcester Boys Trade High School. He later moved to Auburn, before settling in Charlton in 1988.

Steve could fix or repair almost anything that challenged others and was referred to as “Mr. Wizard” by his co-workers at Boulevard Garage, where he worked as a mechanic and frame technician for thirty-seven years, before retiring. He was an ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician and ASE Master Collision Repair Technician. He was also a licensed motor vehicle damage appraiser in the state of Massachusetts.

Steve had a passion for autos, especially antiques and enjoyed attending car shows. He also had an affinity for meteorology and was a registered Sky Warn Spotter for the National Weather Service. Spending time in his yard brought him joy as did driving his John Deere tractor, fishing, ice hockey, skiing, hiking, playing pool, snowmobiling, spending time with his family and the pure joy he experienced getting to know his grandson.

Calling Hours for Stephen will be on Monday, April 12, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester; and again on Tuesday from 8:45 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., before departing the funeral home in procession for a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at Saint Joseph Church, 10 H Putnam Road, Ext. Charlton, MA. Interment will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
