Richard A. Zereski, 59, passed away on Sunday December 31,2017 after a battle with cancer. He was born and raised in Worcester the son of Mary (Masiello) Zereski. He leaves his nephews Keith Zereski of Worcester and Lee Zereski and his wife Kathleen and two great nieces Andrea and Hannah Zereski of Barre. He also leaves his friends and care givers James McGuiness and his wife Tammy and Steven Walsh with who he shared time hunting, fishing and snowmobiling. He also leaves several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Richard was predeceased by his father Joseph A. Zereski who died in 1997 and his brother Joseph Zereski who died in 2010.

Richard attended Burncoat High School and was in the siding and contracting business for 40 years. He started working for his Dad’s siding business back in the 70’s. From there he and his brother opened up Zereski Brothers Siding Company. Later he went on to own and operate Superior Siding Company.

Graveside services are being planned for March 24, at a time to be announced in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Worcester Animal Rescue League 139 Holden Street Worcester, MA. 01606.
