Subscription Update Obituary

      Pauline M. (Clement) Leduc Gauthier, 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 16, 2012, surrounded by her family.
She leaves her husband of 30 years, Jean G. Gauthier; a daughter, Patricia A. D’Amelio of Leicester; three sons, Steven H. Leduc of Fort Myers, FL, Brian E. Leduc of Sharon, and David C. Leduc of Chambersburg, PA; grandchildren, Stacey Blanchette, Jesse D’Amelio, Christopher, Julie, Melissa and Michelle Leduc, Mathew, Kelsey and Nicole Leduc, Derek Hetrick and Shawn Moore; and one great granddaughter Cadence. She also leaves a brother, Brother Roger F. Clement, Missionary of Our Lady of LaSallette of Friendswood, TX; two sisters, Bernice D’Laterreur of Springfield and Janice M. Terry of Providence, RI; many nephews and nieces; five step children and many step grandchildren. Pauline was predeceased by her first husband Edgar H. Leduc and two daughters, Paula A. Leduc and Debra M. Leduc Meadows both in 2011.
She was born in Fall River, daughter of Omer and Beatrice (Boyer) Clement. She was a former member of St. Andrew the Apostle Church and its Women’s Guild, and currently a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church. Pauline retired from Sears in 2000 and prior to that she worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance. She loved gardening, animals and reading. She especially enjoyed visiting Cape Cod and her yearly dude ranch trip to ride horses in New York.
The funeral will be held on Monday, April 23 from CALLAHAN FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle Street with a Mass at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Visiting hours are Sunday, April 22 from 2-4 PM in the funeral home.
