Subscription Update Obituary

     Paul “Paulie” Dalbec peacefully passed away on Tuesday morning, January 31, 2017 at the age of 76.
Born and raised in Massachusetts, son of the late Joseph and Marion Dalbec. He served in the U.S. National Guard and upon honorable discharge, worked as a forklift driver for 26 years at Winter Hill Frozen Foods in Westboro, MA. He retired to Homosassa, Florida in 1992 to help take care of his mother while running a landscaping business. Paulie was a gifted storyteller, loved to laugh and made solid friendships in Massachusetts and Florida.
He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Eddie and Jenae Dalbec; daughter, Erin Dalbec and son-in-law, Rob Dulaney; six grandchildren: Caitlin, Laurel, Josh, Robert, Joseph and Ryan; sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Randy Worthington; Niece, Kim Dalbec and Nephew, Joseph Dalbec.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a funeral Mass on Monday, February 6, 2017 at 10 am in Saint Joseph’s Church, 189 Oxford Street North, Auburn. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice House of Citrus County: http://hospiceofcitrus.org/programs/hospice-house/.
