Subscription Update Obituary

Norman A. Berube, 93, formerly of Millbury passed away in the Oasis at Dodge Park on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 after a short illness.

Mr. Berube is survived by his loving wife of 73 years, Vivian O. (Mayo) Berube; his two sons, Paul Berube and his wife, Ann of Worcester and Ronald Berube and his wife, Jane of Oakham; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild and nieces and nephews.

Norman was born in Worcester, son of the late Joseph and Lillian (Laprade) Berube and is also predeceased by two brothers, Robert and Leo Berube. He attended the former Worcester Boy’s Trade High School where his studies focused in cabinet making. Norman proudly served his country by enlisting in the United States Army.

Mr. Berube was a production manager and scheduler for the former Reed & Prince Company before his retirement. Norman was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Worcester and the American Legion Post 9 in Millbury.

He enjoyed spending time woodworking but he was the happiest when he was with his children and grandchildren.

There are no calling hours and burial will be at the family’s convenience.

Memorial contributions in memory of Norman may be made to St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
