Subscription Update Obituary

     Marion A. (Dustin) Morris, 96, of Cherry Valley died Monday, March 14th in the St. Francis Nursing Home. Her husband of 64 years, John S. Morris died in February 2005. She leaves a son, John J. Morris and his wife, Mary-Ellen of Webster; a daughter, Dorothy J. Daoust and her husband, William R. of Cherry Valley; three grandsons, Brian and Kevin Daoust and Thomas Morris; and 5 great grandchildren.

She was born in Granby the daughter of Otis and Elizabeth (Ryder) Dustin. Marion worked for Wright Machine for many years as an inspector. She was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church. Marion was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

The family would like to thank the staff and nurses of the St. Francis Nursing Home especially those on the Rockwell Unit and the Greenhill Park Unit for the compassion and care Marion received during her stay.

Her funeral is Wednesday, March 16th with a service at 10:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Second Chance Animal Shelter, 111 Young Road, P.O. Box 136, East Brookfield, MA 01515.
