Laura E. Pearson passed away at home on Sunday, September 24, 2017 with her family at her side. She leaves her beloved children, Abdul-Babatunde Pearson and Benetta (Pearson) Kuffour of Worcester; R. Yaniyah Pearson of Newburgh , NY and Jewell Pearson of Inglewood, CA. She was loved by 37 grand, great and great-great grandchildren., many nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded by her husband, Marvin Pearson, son, George Pearson and daughter, Paulette Pearson.
Calling Hours will be held on Friday, Sept. 29 at MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester from 4pm-7pm. Her Funeral will be held on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 9:30 a.m. at Second Baptist Church, 14 Hammond Street, Worcester. Entombment will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton
