Subscription Update Obituary

     Janice M. (Pingeton) Hultberg, 86, of Danielson died Friday July 21, 2017 in her home.

Janice was born in Worcester on March 13 1931. Daughter of the late Augustus and Leda (Delgreco) Pingeton. She lived a life dedicated to family and raising her seven children. She was loving, giving, funny, always ready to bring laughter to any gathering. Janice was a woman of faith and believing, amazing, brilliant, funny, kind-hearted. Her home and heart was open to all. She fostered many children in need of a loving home. Janice volunteered her time at the Mustard Seed Ministry in Port St Lucie Florida through early retirement. Janice was called home in peace to Our Lord.

She leaves her husband of 67 years, George E. Hultberg; her seven children, Sandra M. Babon and her husband Stephen of Wesley Chapel, FL, Michael G. Hultberg and his wife Callie of Wichita, KS, Judith A. Thebeau and her husband Edmond of Sturbridge, Robert F. Hultberg and his wife Leah of Danielson, Joan E. Whitley and her husband Ricky of Wilson, NC, James E. Hultberg and his wife Mary of Warr Acres, OK, Steven T. Hultberg and his wife Angela of New Rochelle, NY; also survived by 14 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; three brothers, Gus Pingeton of West Boylston, John Pingeton of Worcester, Thomas Pingeton of Worcester . Five sisters, Barbara Dagesi of Cranston, RI, Beverly Carpino and Leah Leone both of Worcester, Paula Schraffa of Millbury, Rosalind Pingeton of Worcester predeceased and many nieces, nephews and friends.

The Memorial service will be held on July 29, 2017 from 1:00-2:00 pm in the BRITTON-WALLACE FUNERAL HOME, 91 Central Street, Auburn. A service honoring her life will follow at 2:00 pm. Pastor Jason McGee officiating. Burial will be held privately in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association (alz.org) or to the American Parkinson Disease Association (apda.org).
