Subscription Update Obituary

Janet E. (Lewis) Logan,74, of Barre, passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024 in the home of her
daughter.

Janet was born to Clifton and Anne (Carbone) Lewis and lived in Worcester before moving to Barre with her husband, Edward Logan, who predeceased her in 2001.

She attended high school in Worcester, graduating in 1968. She later earned her certificate in Medical Assisting from The Salter School. Janet has worked several different jobs throughout her life: insurance,telephone company, banking, and lastly retiring from working with disabled adults for Seven Hills.

Janet enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, good food, and cake. She was most proud of her five grandchildren.

Janet leaves behind her daughter, Laurie (Lewis) Howard & her husband Ray and their children, Tyler,Sadie, Sophia, Nikoli, and Lola. Her son, Derek Lewis, just recently passed away in June taking a piece of her heart with him. She also leaves a stepson Shane Logan of Ware; her siblings Barbara Harden & her husband Charlie of Georgia, Nancy Carr of Sturbridge and Jim Lewis & his wife Brenda of New Hampshire; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends and family are invited to attend calling hours on Monday, February 12, 2024 from 4-6pm in Pillsbury Funeral Home 96 S.Barre Rd in Barre. The funeral will on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 is cancelled due to weather. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
