Jane “Ann” (Murray) Erickson; 87, of Worcester, formerly of Leicester, died Friday, June 3 at her daughter Juliann’s home where she was living.

She was the wife of Alden F. Erickson who died in 2015.

She leaves three daughters; Diann B. Howe and her husband Kevin of Leicester, Roxann L. Johnson and her husband Gary of Westboro, Juliann E. Erickson of Worcester, two sons, Steven A. Erickson of Dudley, Brett A. Erickson of Charlton, 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her step-father Julius Rubin and a daughter Suzann Broomfield in 1999.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of Arthur & Charity (Delong) Murray.

Mrs. Erickson was the owner of Advantage Answering Service and retired in 1989. She was a graduate of Dean Junior College. She was a member of St. Joseph’s/ St. Pius X Church in Leicester.

She was a volunteer for the Leicester Nutrition Program where she delivered food for Meals on Wheels. She was a member of the Leicester Lions Club and enjoyed taking trips to the casino.

A private graveside service will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no other services planned.

The MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St. Leicester is assisting the family with arrangements.
