Subscription Update Obituary

     Helen T. Kasprzak, 91, of Worcester, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 23, 2016 surrounded by her loving family at the home of her daughter in Westborough. She was the wife of the late Chester J. Kasprzak.

Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late Theophil and Alexandra (Pisolowska) Pielaszcyk. She was educated in Worcester schools and was a graduate of Commerce Worcester Girls Trade School.

Helen worked as a seamstress for Graton and Knight in Worcester prior to her retirement.

She was a communicant of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church in Worcester and was devoted to her entire family.

Helen is survived by her four children, Thomas C. Kasprzak of Punta Gorda, FL, Paul L. Kasprzak and his wife, Ann, of Savannah, GA, Susan J. Gendron and her husband, Robert, of Westborough and Jane B. Johnson and her husband, Eric, of Thompson, CT; one sister, Jane Jasaitis of Harmony, NC; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Dawn Marie Kasprzak and 14 brothers and sisters.

Her funeral service will be held on Friday, April 29, at 10:00 A.M. in the First United Methodist Church, 120 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. There are no calling hours.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the David A. Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough.
