Subscription Update Obituary

     Grace L. (Anderson) Lee, 92, of Auburn died Thursday, August 11th in the Life Care Center of Auburn. Her husband of 43 years, Francis E. Lee who died in 1992. She leaves five daughters, Donna Seagrave of North Attleboro, Sharon Lee, and Nancy Henault both of Auburn, Joan Hartman of Mansfield, MO, and Lois Burque of Milford; two brothers, Roger Anderson of West Roxbury and Robert Anderson of Fort Myers, FL; nine grandchildren, Sarah, Anna and Benjamin Seagrave, Jennifer Thomas, Michael Burque Sr., Jason Lee, Christopher Henault, Kerri Clough and Merrie Indondi; ten great grandchildren, Michael Burque Jr. and Kaylee Burque, Madison Thomas, Zelda and Nikolai Seagrave, Noah, Nathan, Savanah Clough, Tanner and Hailey Indondi; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a son, Mark Lee; three brothers, Carl, Andrew and Russell Anderson and a sister, Jean Walsh.

She was born in Worcester the daughter of Algot and Hazel (Humphries) Anderson. Grace worked as a clerk for 20 years at The Mart. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, crossword puzzles and crafts which she continued to enjoy at the Life Care Center of Auburn. She cherished the time she spent with her family especially with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Life Care Center of Auburn specifically those in the Primrose Unit for the compassion and care Grace received during her time with them.

Her funeral is Thursday, August 18th with a service at 11:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Friends and family may visit from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Grace’s name to the Life Care Center of Auburn, c/o Residents Council Fund, 14 Masonic Circle, Auburn, MA 01501.
