Subscription Update Obituary

     Donna (Labelle) Hilow, 57 of Spencer, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, January 10th 2016 with her husband and brother by her side after being stricken ill earlier.

Donna is survived by her best friend and beloved husband of 15 years, Michael Hilow; her brother, Dennis Labelle, niece Tammy Labelle; great nephew and niece, James and Felicia Foucault all of Spencer: and her dog and best buddy “Rex”. Donna also leaves many other nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends, who loved and will miss her dearly. Besides her parents; a brother, Mark Labelle pre deceased her. Donna was born in Worcester; her parents were the late Joseph and Theresa (Morin) Labelle. She grew up in Spencer and has lived in Rochdale, Worcester and most of her life in Spencer. Donna worked for the Spencer Country Inn for several years.

She was a member of Mary Queen of the Rosary Church. Donna loved to be home around her cousins, friends and family. She enjoyed sharing conversation with them over coffee. These times will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Donna’s funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, January 14th at 10:00 am in Mary Queen of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. A period of calling hours will be held from 8:45 am to 9:45 am at the church. The family requests that flowers be omitted. The MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation St is honored to assist the family with arrangements.
