Subscription Update Obituary

Carolyn M. (Falconer) Gingras, 80, of Millbury, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 11, 2024 after an illness while surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Gary M. Gingras; two sons, John E. Mahoney and his wife Sandra and Michael D. Mahoney; two daughters, Kathleen M. Mahoney and Christine L. Mahoney all of Worcester; a sister, LouAnn Doyle of Grafton; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Carolyn was born in Worcester, daughter of the late George and Marion (Curran) Falconer and is also predeceased by a brother, Thomas Falconer.

Carolyn worked for many years with the Jamesbury Corporation before retiring. She always looked forward to taking a chance on a lottery ticket or even spending some time at the casino, but she was truly the happiest when she was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 15, at 11 AM in Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 14 from 5 to 7 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions in memory of Carolyn may be made to the American Lung Association 1661 Worcester Rd #301, Framingham, MA 01701.
