Randy Anderson Alexander, 38, of Worcester, was stricken ill and died unexpectedly at home Saturday July 27, 2013.
He leaves behind his beloved mother, Judy Alexander, and his sister Elizabeth of Worcester.
He leaves many uncles, David Anderson and his wife Pauline of Wheelwright, Alan Anderson and his wife Lisa of Southbridge, Brian Anderson and his wife Chris of Auburn and Andrew Anderson with whom he lived. He also leaves his aunt, Nancy Gardell of West Boylston, and many cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Herb and Julia Anderson, and his uncle, Mark Anderson.
Randy was a graduate of Worcester Boys Trade School and was an electrician by trade.
He enjoyed fishing, music and playing bass guitar. He was very fond of his red Camaro.
Randy had an enormous love for his family and was forever proud to be one of us. He will be sorely missed and will be forever with us in our hearts. Till we meet again, Rand, may our Lord hold you in the palm of His hand.
Calling hours are Thursday, August 1 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester. The funeral will be Friday from the funeral home with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. John’s Church, 40 Temple St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
