Adam A. Adamsky Jr., 67, of 22 Barnes St. died yesterday in Worcester Memorial Hospital. He was a new-car setup manager at Edward Buick, Inc. in Worcester where he worked for 43 years. Mr. Adamsky was an Army veteran of World War II, serving in the European-African-Middle Eastern theater. He received a Purple Heart. Mr. Adamsky was a member of Chester P. Tuttle Post, American Legion, and the former Veterans of Foreign Wars post here. He leaves his wife, Lena M. (Sbrogna) Adamsky; a son, Adam A. Adamsky III of Wilmington, VT.; a daughter, Cheryl A. Pike of Spencer; two brothers, Steven and Edward Adamsky, both of Auburn; three sisters, Stella Cullina of West Millbury, Edna White of Millbury, and Rita Adamsky of Auburn; and two grandchildren. He was born in Yorkville, Ohio, son of Adam A. and Antonia (Suska) Adamsky, and lived here 62 years. The funeral will be held Monday from Arthur S. Manzi & Son Funeral Home, 179 Shrewsbury St., Worcester, with a Mass at a time to be announced in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 24 Mulberry St., Worcester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours at the funeral home are 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. |
