Roland C. Soucy Sr., 66 of 240 Belmont St. died on October 16, 1985 at Worcester Memorial Hospital. Mr. Soucy was a heat treater for Sjogren Tool & Machine Co., Auburn. He also worked at Wyman Gordon Co. in Grafton gor 20 years. He retired in 1981. He was a member of  Blessed Sacrament Church. 

He leaves his wife, Constance D. (Ramsey) Soucy; a son Roland C. Soucy Jr. of Westboro; four daughters. Sandra A. , wife of Martin Fernsten of West Boylston, Paula D. Soucy of Leicester, Constance D. Allen of Webster, and Linda J., wife of William Bass of Worcester; Three brothers, Robert Soucy of San Jose, Calif., George Soucy of Florida, and Ovid Soucy of Rochdale; eight grandchildren; and several mieces and nephews.

Mr. Soucy was born in Loudon, NH., a son of Charles and Eva (Belanger) D'Amour, and lived here most of his life.

He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War 2.

The funeral will be held Saturday from Morin Funeral Home, 298 Grafton St. with a Mass at 10 am at Blessed Sacrament Church, 555 Pleasant St. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
