ROSE A MAIORANO (SABELLA)

Rose A. (Sabella) Maiorano, 94, of Leicester, died Tuesday, March 17th at Hopkinton Golden Pond Living.

She was the wife of Antonio P.N. Maiorano who died in 2000. She leaves her son; Tony Maiorano of Leicester, nieces and nephews.

She is predeceased by 2 brothers; Joseph & Frank Sabella and a sister; Jennie Maroney. Rose was born in Marlborough, the daughter of Felix and Angelina (Lanciani) Sabella. She was a warehouse worker at the former Millbrook Distributors in Cherry Valley and later as a waitress at the Chadwick Sq. Diner in Worcester before retiring in 1980. She was a member of the Cherry Valley American Legion Post 443 Ladies Auxiliary.

A funeral service for Rose, will be held Wednesday, March 25th at 11 a.m. in the MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A calling hour will precede the services on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m.
