SHIRLEY B FERGUSON (GELINAS )

Shirley Barbara Ferguson, 83, died Thursday, October 13, , 2022 at UMass Medical Center in Worcester after a long illness.

She leaves two daughters, Barbara Negron and her husband Frankie of Leominster and Cheryl Comptois and her husband Charles of Brookfield; two sons, James Pye of Worcester and Dale Pye of Webster; eleven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Shirley was born in Gardner on June 29 1939 a daughter of the late Leon and Yvonne (Beauregard) Gelinas. She was an at home mom who loved taking care of her children and then her grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, especially magazines and going on camping trips with her family.

Shirley will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A funeral will be held in the Simard Funeral Home, 14 Walker Street, Leominster, MA at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

A calling hour will be from 1:00 -2:00 p.m. prior to her funeral.
