Floyd I. Frantz, Jr., 79, passed away on Sunday, March 31, 2024 at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. Born and raised in Worcester, Floyd was the son of Floyd I. and Dorothy (Longley) Frantz and lived over 33 years in Holden. He is survived by his son, Greggory A. Frantz and his fiancé, Casey Mills of Holden; two grandchildren, Makayla and Natelie Frantz; several nephews, a niece, and cousins. Floyd honorably served his country in the U. S. Army from 1965 to 1969. He was a proud Vietnam Veteran. He owned and operated Atchue Appliance Service Center in Worcester for many years. He was an active member and former deacon at the First Presbyterian Church in Worcester. | |
