ROBERT J LORD

Robert J. Lord, 71, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 15^th with his loving wife of 36 years, Darlene J. (Courtemanche) Lord by his side.

Robert also leaves a brother, Michael Lord of Worcester, along with numerous, nieces and nephews.  He is predeceased by his parents, Frank Sr. and Mildred (Moyer) Lord; two siblings, Frank Lord, Jr. and Louise Shepard.

Bob worked as a cook for Fidelity for many years and earlier in life worked at the Telegram & Gazette in Worcester.  He was a huge fan of the New England Patriots and enjoyed watching the Golden Girls TV show.   Bob was also a faithful parishioner of the Millbury Baptist Church.

Family and friends will celebrate and remember Bob’s life by gathering for a time of visitation on Saturday, April 27^th from 1 to 3 p.m. in Mulhane Home for Funerals, 45 N. Main Street, Millbury.  His funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in the funeral home.
