LOUISE E. HARRINGTON (AVEDISIAN)

     Louise E. (Avedisian) Harrington, 91, died Sunday, September 23, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital, after a brief illness. Her husband of 56 years, Philip A. Harrington, died March 30, 2005.

She leaves three sons, David A. Harrington and his wife Susan, Paul J. Harrington, Michael J. Harrington; a daughter, Pamela J. Besaw; a sister, Lucille R. Carpenter, all of Worcester; a daughter-in-law, Donna Harrington of Holden; a son-in-law, Steve Speltz of El Portal, CA; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; a great-great granddaughter; and many nieces and nephews. A daughter, Paula L. Speltz and a son Philip L. Harrington, both predeceased her. She was born and raised in Worcester, daughter of the late Louis and Sarah (Proodian) Avedisian, and graduated from Commerce High School in 1946.

Louise worked as a cashier for 10 years at the former Worcester City Hospital.

After cremation, MEMORIAL CALLING HOURS will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. on THURSDAY, SEPT. 27th in KELLY FUNERAL HOME, 154 Lincoln St. Private Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA at the convenience of the family.
