LEO R. FLETCHER JR.

     Leo R. Fletcher Jr., 59, of Northbridge and formerly of Worcester, died unexpectedly in his home on Saturday, October 12th.Mr. Fletcher is survived by his wife of 37 years, Edith M. (Sawtell) Fletcher; a son, Leo R. Fletcher III and his wife Tammy of West Boylston; a daughter, Jennifer M. Dupuis and her husband Kurt of Spencer; his mother, Marie B. (Martel) Fletcher of Northbridge; a sister, Jane Tromovitch of Shrewsbury; 5 grandchildren, Tyler, Payton, Mika, Corey and Desira and many nephews and nieces. He was born in Worcester, son of the late Leo R. Fletcher Sr. and is also predeceased by 2 grandchildren, Avery and Chelsea; a brother, David Bonnin; a sister, Beverly Hebert and a close friend Tom Gremo.
     Leo Graduated from Worcester Boys Trade High School in 1973 and was currently working as an Electronical Electrical Technician at O.S. Walker Company where he has been employed for 40 years.He was a fun loving man who brought great joy to those in his company. He was a loyal and dedicated member of the Worcester Lodge of Elks #243 where he served on the Board of Trustees and was the Exalted Ruler for two terms, once in 2005-06 and another in 2008-09. He volunteered for many functions at the Elks and could often be found preparing the food for events.
     The funeral will be held on Thursday, October 17th from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 11AM in Christ the King Church 1052 Pleasant St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are on Wednesday, October 16th from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home with the Worcester Lodge of Elks#243 performing a ritual at 7PM.
