BARBARA HASTINGS (TATRO)

     Barbara (Tatro) Hastings, 86, died Tuesday, July 16, 2013. She leaves her husband of 62 years, Leonard Hastings Sr., her son and daughter-in-law, Leonard and Sandra Hastings Jr. of Holden, 6 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A daughter, Doris Szaban, predeceased her. She was born in Worcester, one of 7 children of Doris M. (Smith) and George L. Tatro Jr. She was an active member of Faith Baptist Church in Auburn for more than 50 years. Barbara enjoyed bingo, cards, and spending time with family.
     Calling hours will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Thursday, July 18, from 6-8 pm. The funeral service will be held at Nordgren’s Friday, July 19, at 10 am. Burial will follow at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Donations may be made to the “Memorial Fund” at Faith Baptist Church, 22 Faith Avenue, Auburn, MA 01501.
