EUGENE H. LATOUR

     Eugene H. “Pinky” Latour, 87, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013. He is predeceased by his wife, Margaret “Joyce” (Fowler) Latour. He leaves two daughters: Denise Morrow of East Brookfield and Jane Noonan & her husband Jim of Westerly, RI; two sons: Gary & his wife Donna of Ware and Wayne & his wife Kathy of Spencer; a brother, Leo Latour and a sister, Shirley Sears; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandson; and his new friends from Duke’s 21 in Dudley.
     Eugene was predeceased by a sister and eight brothers. He was born in Taunton, MA, the son of the late Edward & Malda (Lizotte) Latour and has been a lifelong resident of Spencer. He served his country in both the US Navy and Army. He worked for Sibley Farm and HP Hood as a foreman. Later he worked at Fairlawn Hospital in Worcester for many years until he retired.
     Funeral services will be private for the family. Donations maybe made in his name to the Kindred Nursing & Rehabilitation Oakwood, 11 Pontiac Ave., Webster, MA 01570. Pillsbury Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Spencer is directing arrangements.
