ELSIE L. FARMER (GIFFORD)

     Elsie L. (Gifford) Farmer, 81, formerly of 3 Dufault Rd., died Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012 at Radius Healthcare in Southbridge following a long illness.

     She was the wife of William C. Farmer, Sr. who died in 1996. She leaves two sons, William C. Farmer, Jr. and his wife Donna of Spencer and Joseph B. Farmer of FL; two daughters, Sandra L. Bishop and her husband Paul of Oxford, and Paula M. Thibault and her husband Eddie of Spencer; a sister, Sheila Thibault of Largo, FL; 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her son Larry J. Farmer in 1998, and two brothers Bruce and Kenton Gifford, and two sisters Grace Gifford and Shirley Murphy.

     She was the daughter of Bruce and Shirley Gifford.

     Funeral services for Elsie will be held on Friday, Jan. 27 at 11 a.m. in the J. HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Friday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
