HAZEL M. ELLIS (PREST)

    Hazel Mae (Prest) Ellis, 86, widow of Robert C. Ellis, died at home, Friday, December 24, 2010, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John and Myrtle (Nelson) Prest.

    She leaves a daughter, Judy LaVenture and her husband Joseph of Auburn; a son, Randy Ellis of Westboro; a brother, Frances Prest; 7 grandsons, 12 great-grandchildren; and her dear friend and companion, Bob Bullock. She was preceded in death by a son, Wayne Ellis.

    Services will be held at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln Street, Worcester. Calling hours: Tues., Jan. 4, 2011, 5-9 p.m. Funeral: Weds., Jan. 5, 2011, 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Make-A-Wish Foundation.
