LORETTA C. EMOND (CHAMPAGNE)

    Loretta (Champagne) Emond, 80, formerly of Worcester, died on Friday, March 12th in the Quaboag on the Common Nursing Home after an illness. Her husband, Armand J.B. Emond died in 2005.

    Mrs. Emond is survived by two daughters, Linda M. Plant of Saratoga Springs, NY and Joanne M. Hart and her husband Michael of Brookfield, MA; 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.

    Loretta was born in Worcester, MA daughter of the late Amelia Champagne and lived here for all of her life. She worked as a sales clerk for many years at the former Jordan Marsh Store.

    The funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 17th from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 11:30 AM in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main Street, Worcester. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours will be Tuesday, March 16th from 5 to 7 PM in the funeral home.
