JOHN A. PARKER

    John A. Parker, 92, died Wednesday, December 2, 2009 in Rose Monahan Hospice in Worcester.

    He was predeceased by his wife Myrtle (Jeffrey) Parker in 1986. He leaves several nieces & nephews, among them Florence Hickey of North Brookfield. He was predeceased by three brothers, Frederick, Walter & Louis Sears and two sisters, Grace Hebert & Rachel Lillibridge. John was born in Townsend, MA. the son of the late Charlie & Violetta (Pemberton) Parker and has lived many years in Spencer and the last years at the Goddard House in Worcester. He was Vice-President of Mechanics Bank in Worcester for many years until he retired. John was a member of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows-Ware Lodge.

    A graveside service will be held on Friday,December 11, 2009 at 1:00 PM in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Pillsbury Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Spencer is assisting the family.
