Ann L. (Polli) Lewis, 86, formerly of Worcester and Holden, MA, died Sunday, October 18 at her home in Sebring. Her husband, Edward G. Lewis, died in 1997. She leaves two sons, John E. Lewis of Holden, MA and James R. Lewis and his wife Marylou of Miami, FL; a daughter, Jane E. Lewis of Holden; two grandchildren, Justin R. Lewis and Melissa L. Lewis of Miami. She is predeceased by a sister, Helen Litchfield. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John J. and Jane E. (Donnelly) Polli. Ann traveled extensively with her husband. The funeral will be held Saturday, October 24, from Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester, with a Mass at 10:00 am at St. George's Catholic Church, 38 Brattle St, Worcester. Burial will be at Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton, MA. Calling hours will be held Friday, October 23 from 5 to 8 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's name to Hope Hospice, 9470 Health Park Circle, Fort Myers, FL 33908-3600.
