ANNA MAE G. WESTER (PIERCE)

    Anna Mae G. (Pierce) Wester, 76, of 23 Laurelwood Ave. died Sunday, Aug. 16 in the Jewish Healthcare Center in Worcester after an illness.

    Her husband Bert A. Wester died in 1995. She leaves two sons Paul E. Wester and his wife Sharon of Boylston, Stephen B. Wester and his wife Rebecca Stoll of Shrewsbury, a daughter Dorothy Smith and her husband Charlie of Windsor, CT, six grandchildren Jennifer, Jeffrey, Derek, Brett, Charlie Jr. & Cameron and a cousin Everett Hultquist of Holden.

    Mrs. Wester was born in South Norwalk, CT daughter of Norbert G. and Rita F. (Gervais) Pierce. She worked for many years at Becker College before becoming a clerk at Hanover Insurance Co. in Worcester retiring in 1997. She was a member of St. Pius X Church and the Senior Citizen Club of Leicester.

    The funeral will be Thursday, Aug. 20 at 10:00 am in MORIN-MORRISON FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main Street, Leicester. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children, 516 Carew Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
