FRANCISCO HERNANDEZ

Francisco Hernandez, 24, passed away at home on Friday, July 13th. He is survived by his mother, Lori Meersman of Worcester; his father, Francisco Hernandez of Nashua, NH; two sisters: Lydia Hernandez, wife of Dennis Falke and Jazmyn; three brothers: Miguel, Rico and Steven; his maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Rita Meersman of Worcester; his paternal grandmother, Lydia Hernandez of Leominster; two nephews: Troy and Trenton; one niece, Mikala; his longtime friend, Billy Amidon as well as many aunts, uncles, friends and relatives who will miss him dearly.

Calling hours will be held this evening from 6:00 to 8:00 pm in the Graham, Putnam & Mahoney Funeral Parlors, 838 Main St., Worcester, MA. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 18th at 11:00 am in St. Paul's Cathedral. Interment will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park-Paxton, MA. In lieu of flowers, Francisco's family requests that memorial contributions be sent to Lori Meersman, C/O Webster Five Cents Savings Bank.
