ERNEST E. DAVIS, Jr.

     Ernest E. "Bob" Davis, Jr., 84, died, Mon. June 11. He leaves two sisters, Alice Doyle of Worcester and Dorothy Beauregard of Royal Palm Beach, FL and several nieces and nephews. A brother Hubert Davis and two sisters, Helen Blondin and Barbara Stevenson predeceased him. He was born in Worcester son of Ernest Davis, Sr. and Mary McCormack Davis and was an Army Veteran of WWII.
     Bob worked for Consolidated Beverage for many years retiring in 1982, prior to that he worked for the American Steel and Wire Company. He was a member of the Main South American Legion Post #341 and the Teamsters Local #170 and associate member of the PNI Club. Bob was an avid Holy Cross football fan and a season ticket holder for 50 years.
     A Funeral Service will be held Mon., June 25, at 11 AM in CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. A visiting hour will be held Mon., June 25, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
