Edith M. (Rose) Picard, 91, died Monday, April 2, 2007 in Leominster Hospital. Edith was born in Boston the daughter of Arthur & Ann (Kitchen) Rose and lived most of her life in Leicester and several years in Spencer.

She is predeceased by her husband Edward F. Picard. She leaves two sons, Donald Picard of VA & Steven Picard of Vineyard Haven, MA; three daughters, Phyllis L. Lemley of Spencer, Dorothy Sourdif of N. Brookfield, and Elizabeth Hunter of Leominster; a sister, Phyllis Latuga of Worcester. She also leaves grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral for Edith will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2007 at 1:00 P.M in Pillsbury Funeral Home, Rte. 9/Old West Brookfield Rd. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5:00-8:00 P.M in the funeral home.
