PHILOMENA SCHIAVONE

Philomena (Belculfine) Schiavone, of West Boylston, formerly of May Street,Worcester, died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, in Memorial Hospital. she would have celebrated her 100th birthday on June  27. Her husband, Domenico Schiavone, pre-deceased her in 1978. She leaves a son, Natale Schiavone of Tilon, New Hampshire; two daughters Rose M. Richie and her husband, John of west Boylston, and Angelina M. Prue, with whom she lived; a sister, Margaret McMahon of Millbury; eleven grandchildren, fifteengreat grandchildren, four great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. A son, Joseph Schiavone and a granddaughter Christine Lucsier, pre-deceased her. She was born in Italy and moved to the United States as a young girl. She lived over 75 years in Worcester before moving to West Boylston.
