DOROTHY P. FINLAYSON (BOUTWELL)

    Dorothy P. (Boutwell) Finlayson, 95, of Brewster, Wellesley and Winchester, died April 24, 2006 in Winchester Hospital. Her husband, Prof. Frank S. Finlayson of Worcester Polytechnic Institute died in 1982 and her daughter Deborah J. died in 1945. She leaves two sons, Dana C. and his wife Lynne Cassinari of Reading MA, David F. and his wife Wanda Finlayson of Troy NY; a daughter, Doreen E. and her husband Walter Atwood III of Great Barrington MA; 7 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

    Born in Worcester, daughter of Charles and Lucy (Dutton) Boutwell, she graduated from North High School and Fairchild Secretarial School. She was a member of the WPI Faculty Wives, The Women’s Club of Cape Cod and The Friends of Brewster Library.
