EVELYN D. GUINEE

Evelyn D. (Minehan) Guinee, 92, died Sunday, March 26, 2006, at UMass Memorial Healthcare. Her husband of 47 years, William G. Guinee, died in 1984. She leaves 2 sons: Burton G. Guinee of Maine and Stephen A. Guinee and his wife, Karen of Rochdale; a daughter, Susan A. Shahbazi of Worcester; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother and a sister. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Chester and Anna (Becker) Minehan and a graduate of Commerce High School. She worked as a head bookkeeper for many years at the former Denholm & McKay Dept. Store and loved vacationing in York, Maine. Evelyn was a loving mother and grandmother, and her charming smile was loved by all.
