Gail M. (Bray) Braconnier, 60 formerly of Crystal St. died Monday after a short illness. She is survived by her son, Scott Braconnier and his wife, Kerri, of Dudley; a daughter Dana Braconnier and her husband, Sean Dumphy of Grafton; her grandchildren, Amanda Braconnier of Auburn, and William, T.J. and Paige Dumphy of Grafton; a brother, Donald Bray of Worcester; her stepchildren Michelle Robinson, Lynne Braconnier and Mark Braconnier; a niece Roberta Enhus and grand niece Jillian and grand nephew Joe as well as her best friend, Jaqueline Allen. Mrs. Braconnier is predeceased by her husband Leo who died in 1999 and her brother Merton Bray. Gail was born in Worcester daughter of Merton and Josephine (Dauderis) Bray and lived her entire life in the Main South area where she was known and loved by many. She attended Commerce High School and kept in contact with many of her childhood friends. Gail was a career waitress working for many years at the Webster House Restaurant and the Mid Town Dinette where she enjoyed the company of her regular customers and fellow employees. Gail loved gatherings with family, a good laugh, a day at the beach, spending time with her grandchildren, talking with friends, word searches and her favorite TV shows. She will be greatly missed by her family and good friends who are comforted in knowing that she has joined the loved ones who passed before her. Gail's funeral will be held on Friday Oct. 15 at 10 AM in the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
