MARION F. ANDERSON (CULLITON)

   Marion F. (Culliton) Anderson, 85, of 123 Holden St., formerly of Paxton, died Friday, July 26, 2002 at home. Her husband, John E. Anderson, died in 1990. She left a daughter, Eileen M. Desautels of Sterling; a granddaughter, Eileen M. Contois of Charlton; nieces and nephews. She was born in Worcester, daughter of Joseph and Mary (McGrail) Culliton, and lived many years in Paxton before moving to Worcester several years ago. She graduated from Commerce High School, Worcester, in 1934.Mrs. Anderson was a hostess at Sharfman's Jewelers and later at McDonald's in Holden. She also worked at the election polls in Worcester and was a greeter at Foothills Theatre. She enjoyed square dancing.

   The funeral was held from Miles Funeral Home, 1158 Main St., Holden with a mass in St. George's Church, 38 Brattle St. Burial was in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Memorial donations may be made to Boston Catholic Television, PO Box 9109, 55 Chapel St., Newtonville, MA 02460.
