Subscription Update Obituary

     Kristina M. Krull, 25, of Leicester, died July 21, 2018.

She leaves her mother Cynthia (Bourget) Krull; two brothers, Kurt and Michael, two sisters, Maria and Kelly. She was predeceased by her father, Kurt, and brother, Daniel.

Kristina was born in Worcester and grew up in Leicester.

She graduated from Phillips Exeter Academy in Exeter, New Hampshire, where she played field hockey, ice hockey and lacrosse. She attended the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and graduated from Springfield College Summa Cum Laude. She earned a master’s degree in exercise and sports science from Merrimack College in Andover. Most recently, she has been a Penn Fellow and a teaching assistant in the chemistry department at St. Paul’s School in Concord, N.H., part of a master’s degree program at the University of Pennsylvania School of Education. At St. Paul’s, she has also been an assistant coach of the girls’ ice and field hockey teams. She was a caddy for many years at the Worcester Country Club. She was a devout Catholic.

Calling hours will be held Sunday, August 5, from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Athy Memorial Home, 111 Lancaster St., Worcester. The funeral Mass will be Monday, August 6, at 11 a.m. in Our Lady of the Angels Church, 1222 Main St., Worcester. Burial in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton will be private.
