Subscription Update Obituary

     Barbara M. (Radziewicz) Evans, 85, of Worcester, died on Thursday, August 6, 2020 in her home surrounded by her family after an illness. She is the daughter of the late Stanley and Anna (Nowicki) Radziewicz. She leaves her three children, Laura Ann Hymer of New Jersey, Daniel Evans and his wife Karin of New Jersey, Sheryl Evans Pereira and her husband Joseph of Whitinsville; a sister Rosemary Wentzell of New Jersey; seven grandchildren, Chris, Theresa, David , Daniel , Bryant and Kaitlyn; two great grandchildren , Gracelynn and Amelia and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother Stanley, a sister Helen, son-in-law Dave and grandchild, Evan.
Barbara lived in Alloway, New Jersey while she raised her children and returned to Worcester where she worked at the Fair and Bradlees Department Stores before retiring. She enjoyed reading, making puzzles, crafts, gardening, an watching the birds. She loved spending time with family and especially her great grandchildren.
A calling hour in HENRY-DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward St., from 10-11am on Thursday, August 13, 2020, complying with limitations, current distancing guidelines and mask requirements. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 am . Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. MA.
