Subscription Update Obituary

     Brien F. Chaput 59, of E. Main St., died Monday, Jan. 9, 2017 at Baystate Mary Lane Hospital, Ware.

He leaves his wife Jacqueline M. (Moquin) Chaput, a son Justin M. Chaput of Worcester, a daughter Jennifer L. Hebert and her husband Evan of Putnam, CT., three step sons Nathan, Nicholas, and Caleb Vincent, a step daughter Julie Vincent all of Worcester, two brothers David T. Chaput of Paxton and Donald C. Chaput of Oklahoma, a sister Terri A. Wilkin of E. Brookfield, 5 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by brothers Bruce and Bradford Chaput and a sister Carole Leasot.

Born in Worcester, he was a son of Ernest T. and Violet E. (Arpin) Chaput and later graduated from David Prouty High School in Spencer. He served his country with the U.S. Army during the Lebanon-Grenada War.

He was a member of the Leicester Church of Christ.

He was a wonderful caring family man. He loved the great outdoors and enjoyed metal detecting. He was truly a “Jack of all trades” and most of all a Godly man who was selfless and would do anything for anyone. GO PATS!

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 14 at 9 a.m. in the Leicester Church of Christ, 2 Church Place, Rochdale. Burial with Military Honors will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Friday, Jan. 13 from 5 to 7 p.m. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer.
