Subscription Update Obituary

     Ann M. (Masterson) Dell’Olio, 66, of Worcester, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2014, in her home, surrounded by her loving family. Ann was born in Worcester, the daughter of Robert and the late Doris (Gough) Masterson.

Ann is survived by her cherished husband and best friend, Robert D. Dell’Olio, Sr.; five children, Scott Henrickson of Hawaii, Stacy Sullivan and her husband Joseph of Worcester, Derek Henrickson of Auburn, Robert Dell’Olio, Jr. and Matthew Dell’Olio both of Worcester; five grandchildren, Makayla Henrickson, Molly and Brendan Sullivan, Ryley Dell’Olio, and Owen Dell’Olio. Ann is also survived by her father, Robert Masterson, Sr. of Worcester; three brothers, Robert Masterson, Jr. of Worcester, William Masterson and his wife Diane of Worcester and James Masterson and his wife Barbara of Shrewsbury; four sisters, Christine Bristol of North Brookfield, Barbara Scotia and her husband Kirk of Charlton, Kathleen Wolfe and her husband David of Worcester, and Jean Martin of Sterling; many nieces and nephews.

Ann worked as a Judicial Secretary for the Probate Court at the Worcester District Court House. She had previously worked for Massachusetts Mortgage Company and Worcester Home Federal Savings Company. Ann worked hard and was loved by all who knew her. She was devoted to her family, most especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed peaceful quiet times with her family and loved to walk along the beach at Old Orchard in Maine with her husband.

Calling Hours for Ann will be held on Tuesday, July 8, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. in MERCADANTE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, 370 Plantation Street, Worcester. Her Funeral will be held on Wednesday, July 9, with a Mass at10:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 353 Grove Street, Worcester. Interment will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton.
