Rita H. (Paradis) Dembkoski, 89, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2011 in Quaboag on the Common. She is predeceased by her husband, Stephen J. Dembkoski in 1995.

She leaves a son, Stephen D. Dembkoski & his wife Paula of Virginia; two daughters, Helen R. Ekvall of Clinton and Nancy N. Sweeney & her husband Dana of East Brookfield; 6 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren & 3 great-great grandchildren. She was predeceased by 4 sisters Theresa Letendre, Gertrude Wloch, Emma Rose Paradis and Annette Paradis; three brothers Armand, Albert and Joseph.

She was born in Spencer the daughter of Adelar & Eveline (Cournoyer) Paradis and has been a life long resident. Rita worked for Stanley Home Products for 55 years. She was a member of Mary, Queen of the Rosary Church and the Spencer Senior Citizens

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a calling hour on Monday, April 11, 2011 from 9:30 - 10:30AM in Pillsbury Funeral Home, 163 Main St., Spencer. The funeral Mass will follow at 11:00AM in Mary, Queen of the Rosary Church, 7 Church St., Spencer. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park in Paxton.
