Subscription Update Obituary

     Raymond T. Dutil, 85, formerly of Worcester, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Millbury Health Care.

     His wife, Rita A. (Lamoureux) Dutil, died in 2004. He leaves three daughters, Cheryl and husband Chester Rossier of Paxton, Denise and husband Ronald Faucher of Paxton, Carol and husband Roger Chouinard of Utah; a sister, Janet Jankowski of Auburn; five grandchildren, Amy, Matthew, Elizabeth, Ryan and Beau; three great-granddaughters, Jaclyn, Vanecia, and Sophie; several nieces and nephews. His son Steven died in 1987. He was born in Worcester, son of Amidée and Frances (Slaney) Dutil, and lived in Worcester most of his life. He graduated from Holy Name High School.

     Raymond was a personnel director for 28 years at the former G.F. Wright Steel & Wire. He was later a courier for Granger Construction and Fallon Clinic. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus in Leicester.

     The funeral will be held Tuesday, November 5 from Rice Funeral Home, 300 Park Ave, Worcester, with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Columba Church, 10 Richards Ave, Paxton. Burial will be in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Monday, November 4 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association , 480 Pleasant St, Watertown, MA 02472.
