Subscription Update Obituary

     Mary C. (Galinis) Kirkorian, 88, of Worcester died Wednesday, January 23rd in St. Vincent Hospital. She is predeceased by her husband, George J. Kirkorian, Sr. She leaves four sons, George J. Kirkorian, Jr. and his wife, Dona of Auburn, Robert E. Kirkorian and his wife, Sandra of Worcester, Paul D. Kirkorian and his wife, Patricia of Tempe, AZ and Barry J. Kirkorian and his wife, Deborah of Raymond, NH; six grandchildren, Rob, Derek, Melissa, Heather, Daniel and Christie; 13 great grandchildren, Jadon, Jamie, Lydia, Delaney, Emmilyn, Nicholas, Darius, Jewelisa, Deron, Maya, Victoria, Brody and Cecilia; a brother in law, Robert Broman and his wife, Helen and a niece, Judy and a nephew, Jim.
     She was born in Worcester the daughter of Joseph B. and Florence E. (Hartigan) Galinis and lived here most of her life. Mary graduated from Worcester Vocational School and was a member of Our Lady of the Angels Church. She loved to travel and sew. Mrs. Kirkorian was an avid square dancer and also enjoyed ballroom dancing, round dancing and watching figure skating.
     Funeral services are private. There are no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital , 501 Saint Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105.
