Subscription Update Obituary

     Loretta (Michael) Baillargeon, 72, of Worcester, died on Saturday, March 2, 2013 in Saint Vincent Hospital.
     Loretta was married for 48 years to Clarence A. Baillargeon, until his death in 2010. She is survived by two sons, Thomas Baillargeon of Charlton, and William of Kodak, TN; six daughters, Rosemarie Baillargeon of Auburn, Rita Baillargeon of Worcester, Betty Ann Baillargeon of Charlton, Nancy Baillargeon of Worcester, Pam Rodriguez of Tennessee and Amybeth Carey of Kodak, TN; a brother, Nekolas Michael; a sister, Mary Beaudoin both of Putnam, CT; 25 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
     Loretta was born in Southbridge, daughter of the late Nicholas and Stella (Emery) Michael. She is also predeceased by a daughter, Robin Baillargeon and many brothers and sisters.
     Mrs. Baillargeon was a member of Sacred Heart-Saint Catherine of Sweden Parish. She enjoyed taking trips to Foxwoods and playing on the Benny machine. Loretta also enjoyed to fish, go boating and take her chances with the lottery. There were many things that she enjoyed in life, however, she was very proud to be a Deputy Sherriff for the Worcester County Sherriff’s Office.
     The funeral will be held on Thursday, March 7 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home, 12 Hammond St. with a Mass at 10:30 AM in Sacred Heart-Saint Catherine of Sweden Church, 600 Cambridge St. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are on Wednesday, March 6 from 5 to 8 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association , 20 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
