Subscription Update Obituary

     Helen M. (Hippert) Goozey 92 of Howe Village, died Wednesday, Aug. 21 at The Meadows of Leicester.

     She was the wife of Raymond E. Goozey, Sr. who died in 1982. She leaves her son Raymond E. Goozey, Jr. and his wife Kathleen of Spencer, a sister Gloria Dempsey of Spencer, two grandchildren Heather L. Goozey of Hendersonville, NC and Steven M. Goozey and his wife Michaela of Fall River, two great grandchildren Nathan R. and Rowan G. Goozey, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by brothers George, Roy, Edward, Donald and James Hippert and sisters Grace Smith and Martha Kerswell.

     Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Leon G. and Nellie M. (Hannon) Hippert.

     Helen’s funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 24 at 10 am. in the J.HENRI MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. Burial will follow in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. Calling hours are Friday from 5 to 7pm in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mary,Queen of the Rosary Food Pantry, 60 Maple St.,Spencer 01562.
